Job Description:
- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify high growth areas and expand School identity in Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines.
- Recruit, train and establish good working relations with agents for student recruitment.
- Establish partnership with education institution / colleges overseas.
- Participate in local and overseas exhibitions, open houses, road shows for agent and student recruitment.
- Conduct pre-course counselling for prospective students and attend to enquiries through phone, email and walk-in appointments.
- Work closely with other department stakeholders to support, implement and execute the student recruitment plans.
- Provide administrative and operation support to the Vice-President of Student Recruitment & Admissions.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree qualification.
- 3 years of relevant working experience as student recruitment in an international private education industry.
- Ability to be operationally hands-on, proactive mindset, and committed to delivering results within stipulated timelines.
