Responsibilities
- In charge of the review, amendment and issuance of Employer Information Requirement (EIR) and Model Content Requirement (MCR) as per project specific requirement, support in tender evaluation and queries, review and enforce the digital implementation according to EIR and MCR as per each project.
- Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) project delivery platform OPTIMUS (or equivalent)
- Check Building Information Modelling (BIM) model quality and ensure BIM data standardization according to standards and specification at all project milestones as defined in Employer Information Requirement (EIR) and Model Content Requirement (MCR).
- Advise and support the team in the use of digital technologies and tools to integrate work processes and improve construction workflows. These include Virtual Design Construction (VDC), drone-based inspection, lidar scanning / point cloud models, 360 photo platform, and others as defined in the project’s EIR,
Requirements
- Possess a Tier 2 Digital Delivery Management (DDM) Accreditation Scheme by building SMART Singapore or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in implementing Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) for project delivery and built environment industry
