Sales Executive (B2B/IC/Semiconductor customers)
Role Overview: Maximize sales by promoting product growth and account direction for assigned IC/Semiconductor customers. Develop sales strategies based on customer segmentation and competitor analysis. Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients through proactive outreach and excellent communication.
Products: Electrical & Electronic components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans to increase opportunities for assigned customers.
- Identify and convert new opportunities into sales.
- Execute design activities for IC/Semiconductor customers and align with the Product Team for sales promotions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct business meetings, and support technical and business inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry trends and perform IC marketing activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop business plans.
- Drive promotion activities in OEM customers through global IC reference design.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the IC/Semiconductor industry.
- Positive attitude, proactive and persistent mindset, good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Engineering background or seeder experience is a plus.
