We are looking for an Education Centre Customer Service Executive to manage daily operations at our Jurong East education centre, with occasional support at our Punggol branch.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting students and parents in a tech-forward environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage walk-in, phone, and email enquiries from students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support the scheduling of classes and handle administrative tasks.
- Assist trainers and ensure coordination between staff and students.
- Occasionally travel to other branches for meetings or to cover staff.
- Work on weekends, as these are our busiest days.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive, approachable attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience in customer service or admin roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Drive.
- Willing to work on weekends and travel between centres when needed.
Working Hours:
- 5½ Day Work Week:Weekdays: Monday, Thursday, Friday (1:00 PM – 8:00 PM); Tuesday (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM).
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM).
- 1-Hour break on weekends and 30-minute breaks on weekdays (except Tuesday).
