Responsibilities:
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and screening resumes to coordinating interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials, conducting HR orientation, and setting up employee files.
- Support employee engagement initiatives by organizing team-building activities, company events, and wellness programs.
- Work with external training providers to arrange training sessions and monitor training effectiveness.
- Track employee development and maintain training records.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of HR reports, such as headcount reports, turnover reports, and recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in full spectrum of HR functions with a focus in recruitment (Payroll experience is not necessary).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to start work immediately / within short notice period
- Proficient in MS office
