Job Description
- Responsible for the Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration.
- Study and identify discrepancies intender/contract documents and raise queries for clarifications
- Source for quotations from subcontractors/suppliers, assist for evaluation and comparison for the received quotations and produce quantity measurement within targeted timeline
Job Requirements
- Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently. Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Good negotiation, interpersonal skills and a team player
- Attention to detail and methodical approach towork
- Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Proficient in MS Office
