Hiring both Part-Timers/Full-Timers/Students
• Provide receptionist duties at front counter
• Prepare and dispense medications
• Assist doctors during consultation
• Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
• Prepare submission for corporate and government claims
• Handle all transactions include payments and ensure proper documentation
• Perform basic tests on patient (E.g. administering urine test)
• Prompt for low stock medications and supplies
• Maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic
• Maintain filing system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
• Any other procedures deemed fit by the doctors
Shift Hours:
Weekdays: 8am-1pm, 5pm-9pm
Weekends: 8am -1pm
Locations: Sengkang, Bukit Timah, Braddell
