Responsibilities
- Manage clients’ relations and build contacts with potential clients for new business opportunities.
- Responsible for planning and implementing market penetration strategies and sales targets and for -building strong relationships with existing contractors.
- Identify leads and lead new business opportunities to expand networks.
- To exceed or achieve monthly sales targets / new business development served in the assigned area.
- Track, monitor and analyse products, channels and customers sales trends to maximise sales opportunities and achieve desired sales results.
- Carry out and plan other sales and marketing functions to increase efficiency.
- Participate in site walk around and be involved in tender process
- To prepare & monitor sales volume and revenues on a regular basis.
- Follow-up on sales enquiries email.
- Take initiative in implementing best practices to perform duties.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in sales and marketing preferably
- Strong Business acumen, strategic thinking and sales-oriented to achieve results
- Creative
- Data driven: Analytical and strategic mind
- Management skills with leadership and pedagogy to support the team
- Strong skills in Digital and ability to manage contractor
- Strong skills in Sales performance management (Strong analytical capabilities of Sales Funnel, Tactics to improve Sales performance)
- Possess superior organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and anticipate the needs of multiple client group
