Job Duties:
- Prepare/Update PRMs & SOPs timely
- Archival & Retrieval of documents
- Support UAT/LV on system/workflow enhancement and Perform FATCA/CRS processing activities
- Enrolment & De-enrolment of e-statements
- Sorting of mails
- Processing of returned cards (ATM/Debit/Credit)
- Processing of returned mails (Individual & Corporate)
- Support Team Manager/Leader on project/initiatives & process improvements.
- Meet turn-around times / service levels at all times
- Complete adhoc assignments/tasks assigned within timeline
- Any other duties that may be assigned by Team Lead or Team Manager
- Perform call back verification to customers for static data updates
- Handling of failed notifications
- Prepare PowerPoint slides as and when required
Job Requirement :
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving, and critical thinking in a constructive mindset.
- Good communication skills
- And Banking Administrator Support related has added an advantage.
