Job Description:
- Oversee and manage the company’s HR Operations to fulfil the day-to-day deliverables of employees’ life cycle
• Ensure employee onboarding and offboarding process are duly administered.
• Oversee Employee benefits administration
• Oversee Payroll administration
• Manage Employee Grievance Handling Process - Identify improvement opportunities using HR analytics and work with internal stakeholders to design and develop solutions/priorities on people’s needs that align with Company’s business objectives
• Establish an HR data collection requirement and provide appropriate advice and recommendations to SMT based on data.
• Perform data analysis to share with management. - Define, develop and establish Workforce Plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Drive the annual HC and budget exercise
• Gatekeep of manpower cost to achieve Company KGI
• Report and highlight anomalies in employees’ behaviour and working environment and recommend solutions. - Establish and drive the talent acquisition and management process to ensure Company has sufficient right talent to support the company’s operation and growth
• Work with stakeholders to oversee and drive the talent acquisition process
• Oversee and drive the performance management process
• Work with SMT to manage the employee progression process and succession planning - Manage and oversee the compensation practice in the company to support pay for performance philosophy
• Manage new offer package and all compensation-related processes
• Review salary structure and band to ensure the competitiveness of the company in the talent market
• Manage the annual salary review and performance-related compensation in the company. Work with stakeholders to oversee and drive the talent acquisition process - Work closely with the internal stakeholder to design, develop and deploy relevant Employee Value Proposition initiatives that are well aligned to changing needs of the talent pool.
• Manage all employee’s comms channel
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- With a strong background in overseeing a full suite of HR Management and Development.
- Insights – Ability to develop an understanding of the business and organisation, with the ability to use data to tailor strategy and solutions to lead to the achievement of business goals and sustainable organisational performance.
- Champion – Have the ability to build collaboration in the organisation to meet employees’ needs and yet achieve all business goals, identifying and leading change across the organisation.
- People Service Delivery – Ability to ensure customer-focused people service delivery excellence across the entire employee lifecycle, applying exceptional process and project management to enable effective and cost-efficient people service delivery; provide the organisation with meaningful analytics to enable business improvement.
- Organizational Development – Identify organisational and individual capability requirements and align strategy, people and processes to optimise effectiveness and achieve organisation goals. Design interventions to drive the appropriate culture, behaviours, skills, and performance and provide insight and leadership on change management strategy, planning and implementation.
- Resourcing and Talent Planning – Ability to identify the right resource, capability and talent to achieve immediate and strategic ambitions now and in the future.
- Learning and Development – Build individual and organisational capability and knowledge to meet current and future operational and strategic requirements to meet business capability development
- Performance & Reward – Ability to create and maintain a high-achieving organisation culture by delivering programmes that reward and recognise key employee capabilities, skills, behaviours, experience and performance, and ensure that reward systems are market-relevant, fair and cost-effective.
- Employee Engagement – Ability to strengthen the connection that all employees have with their work, colleagues and their organisation so that employees are more fulfilled by their work and make a greater contribution towards organisational objectives.
