Job Description:
· Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across all departments
· Manage staff schedules, supervise team performance, and provide support as needed
· Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage procurement efficiently
· Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality service and productivity
· Handle customer feedback, address concerns, and improve the overall customer experience
· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive business growth
· Prepare reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and suggest improvements
· Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations
Requirements:
· Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
· Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a diverse team
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
· Experience in the F&B industry or similar environments is a plus
Working hours: 6 days’ work week
