Key Responsibilities:
- Support Marketing Operations: Assist in daily marketing tasks to ensure smooth operations and department efficiency, taking on ad hoc duties as needed.
- Social Media Engagement: Assist in managing inquiries and content across our social media platforms, including Facebook, to attract and grow our online community.
- Enhance Customer Relations: Maintain and update our CRM database for accurate customer information, helping facilitate effective communications.
- Live Stream Coordination: Assist various live streaming activities, including order fulfilment, stock transfers, and more
- Resolve Customer Queries: Address customer questions and complaints promptly, ensuring high satisfaction with effective solutions.
- Prepare Product Lists: Update product listings for various marketing campaigns, showcasing our offerings to attract potential customers.
- Event Support: Provide administrative support for local events and roadshows, contributing to their successful execution.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: Fresh grads or candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
