- Ability to articulate security technology or post sale issues to customer effectively.
- Technical writing and presentation are expected.
- Hand-on Various Security solutions deployment.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Work closely with technical manager or Team lead in achieving project SLA.
- Understand and identify customer challenges in customer IT Security domain.
- Installation, configuration and response to IT Security Post Sale Support.
- Result-Oriented team player with strong initiative.
- Passion in learning new Security solutions.
