Responsibilities:
- Lead and work closely with project and other teams to monitor and evaluate all projects; ensure that all works in progress are in-line with the proposed work schedules and budget.
- Liaising with the Main Contractor, Architects, Consultants, relevant authorities and Sub-Contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects
- Work with internal departments to prepare, review and submit all detailed programmers, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans etc.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Address issues proactively to minimize disruptions, delays and potential.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
Requirements:
- At least 10 year experience in Alum and Glazing Design project management works.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in cost control, procurement, and supplier management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related disciplines
- Singapore Citizen and Permant Residence are preferred. (Foreigners with relevant experience will also be considered)
