Job Description
- Responsible for the daily cleaning operations of the site(s)
- Managing a team of Operations Executives and Supervisors
- Planning and scheduling for all Operations Executives and Supervisors
- Liaise with client on the service/cleaning standards
- Ensuring quality assurance for cleaning projects
- Report progress and advancement to Associate Director
- To plan recruitment drives
Requirements
• Establish, monitor, and evaluate cleaning standards and performance metrics to ensure that projects and operations are completed to a high standard
• Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning operations
• Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff
• Monitor and control storage and use of cleaning products, supplies, and equipment
• Implement safety measures to protect workers from accidents and injuries
• Establish emergency response protocols and ensure maintenance of all safety equipment
• Work closely with the HR department to ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Assess and optimize training and development plans for cleaning staff
• Develop and recommend cost-saving measures and solutions while maintaining a high-quality service.
