Responsibilities :
• WP processing (Application, Renewal, Cancellation)
• Sourcing & liaise with recruiter for company's vacant & arrange for interview
• Onboarding & offboarding for employees
• Responsible for staff's benefits and resolve on grievance arise
• P-File Management
• Perform HR administrative record
• Manage regulatory legislation and communicate with the authorities; e.g. attending to Governmental Agencies survey
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Director and section heads
