Food Safety Compliance:
- Ensure food safety meets local, national, and international standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO22000, FSMS).
- Conduct audits and inspections for compliance.
- Identify risks and develop action plans.
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate on corrective actions and enhance protocols.
- Stay updated on food safety trends and regulations.
Administrative Support:
- Answer phone/email inquiries and redirect as needed.
- Assist with training materials, schedules, and resource coordination.
- Manage post-course documentation, feedback, and follow-up.
- Handle administrative duties (data entry, filing, etc.).
- Maintain records of participants and schedules.
- Assist with course-related correspondence and ensure records are current.
- Prioritize experience with TPGateway and SSG for registration, claims, and related processes.
- Provide course-related information to clients and participants.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
