Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with editorial, design, technical and marketing teams to develop industry leading digital instructional programs for primary and secondary schools.
- Communicate with global stakeholders and customers through calls, interviews, surveys and other methods to understand and represent the customer voice throughout the product development process.
- Gather requirements, elaborate and document them as Agile stories, working with Agile teams to turn those requirements into features that support literacy content in digital products.
- Develop and manage project schedules, tracking and reporting on milestones met by internal and external teams.
- Gather and elaborate business requirements for new features and products.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Collaborate with UX and design teams to develop user experience flows, interactive wire frames and visual designs.
- Monitor defects; perform ad hoc testing, content testing and user acceptance testing.
- Manage updates to customer user guides; support FAQs and other product documentation.
- Support global sales teams and customer service with product knowledge, training and issue follow-up.
- Participate in daily scrum, sprint planning and workshops.
Pre-requisites:
- Bachelor in Technology, with an MBA preferred
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in digital product development
- Experience working in a multinational environment
- Excellent communication and people skills with a collaborative work style
- Strong presentation, project management and planning skills
- Committed and meticulous with an eye for detail
- Self-starter with excellent initiative to constantly value-add
- Strong Agile background and familiarity with SDLC
