We require strong experience in core banking and/or private wealth management, specifically within Temenos T24 implementations. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 to 10 years of experience in Temenos T24 products especially in Private Wealth Banking (Derivatives, Structured Products, Securities ) , Treasury Modules and Financial Accounting.
Responsibilities
· Partner with banking clients to identify their business requirements and translate them into actionable Temenos/T24 configurations.
· Develop clear and concise specifications (BRDs & FSDs) for custom development, ensuring the development team has a complete understanding of the project goals.
· Analyze gaps between client needs and T24 capabilities, proposing realistic solutions and workarounds that stay within project scope.
· Analyze client processes and workflows to recommend best practices for optimizing T24 utilization and maximizing its benefits.
· Conduct workshops and demonstrations to effectively communicate product capabilities to stakeholders.
· Manage communication with all project stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact for end-to-end solutions.
· Provide end-user training and mentorship.
· Supporting Automation team including test data preparation explaining functional flow etc.
· Conduct functional support for SIT and UAT.
· To review deliverables such as Test cases, Test plans, RTM and Closure reports.
Essential Requirements (Skills Requirements)
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer science or a related field.
· Years of Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in T24 wealth products.
· Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in JavaScript, Selenium and Tosca
o Strong understanding of Private Wealth modules.
· Domain Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial/ wealth banking domain, specifically in Private banking with exposure to Private Wealth products and lifecycle processing.
Good to Have
· Additional Skills: Experience with other JavaScript frameworks, familiarity with DevOps practices, and knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
· Experience with Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools like JIRA or Trello.
Technical / Professional Skills
· Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Temenos Solutions Consultancy and Expert Services, ideally in a banking environment.
· Proven experience in T24 Core Banking transformation or Temenos Wealth Suite projects, with a specialization in Private Banking.
· Strong product knowledge in T24 modules.
· Experience with Trading and Order Management Systems, Trade Settlements.
· Proven track record in delivering successful T24 Core Banking implementations
