MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

As a Management Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of the organization. This position requires flexibility to work on public holidays, weekends, and night shifts as needed to ensure smooth operations and meet business demands. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Operations Support:

· Assist in the coordination and execution of operational activities across various departments.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

· Handle administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.

Customer Service:

· Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

· Address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters to management when necessary.

· Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.

Strategic Planning:

· Support management in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.

· Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform decision-making processes.

· Assist in the formulation and execution of short-term and long-term organizational goals.

Event Coordination:

· Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, meetings, and conferences.

· Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual arrangements.

· Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Communication and Collaboration:

· Facilitate communication between departments, teams, and external partners.

· Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.

· Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

· Flexibility in Work Schedule:

· Be willing to work flexible hours, including public holidays, weekends, and night shifts, to accommodate business needs.

· Maintain availability to handle urgent matters and respond to emergencies outside of regular business hours.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

· Prior experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous.

· Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
