Roles of Responsibilities
- Perform quantity take-off and understanding of requirements in each tender that meet client's
expectation.
- Call for quotation, prepare, and compile tender documents.
- Evaluate tender submissions and prepare tender clarification question.
- Provide a detailed post-project cost analysis comparing the final cost with initial budget and estimate.
- Assist in resolving any contractural disputes between the client and contractor if any.
Job Requirement
- Diploma in quantity surveying building or civil engineering.
- Proficient in micolsoft sureying or other related disciplines.
- Have a positive working attitude, pro-ative and meticulous in his/him work.
- Posses strong inter-personal communication and able to work under pressure and meet tight
deadlines, either independently or in a team environment.
