Job Responsibilities:
- Apply for work permits and other required documents for on-site operations.
- Coordinate with the business manager and operations manager to ensure smooth workflow and safe working conditions on-site.
- Oversee and manage all main contractors involved in the projects.
- Attend safety meetings and participate in project safety initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain safety records and documentation.
- Address any customer-related safety issues or concerns.
Job Requirements:
- Holder of a Class 2B driving license.
- Familiarity with the construction industry or basic understanding of safety protocols is preferred.
- Must be proactive, reliable, and able to follow safety guidelines and regulations.
