We are looking for a technical lead to spearhead key transformation initiatives within our client's infrastructure and network landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead infrastructure and network optimization projects, driving automation and performance improvements.
- Manage and resolve issues in tools such as SolarWinds, AWS, OBM, ELK, Ansible, Device42, Tenable, and SailPoint.
- Align infrastructure solutions with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Design and establish configuration management frameworks for infrastructure.
- Collaborate with operations teams to understand existing systems and provide strategic recommendations for enhancement.
- Coordinate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead projects to enhance network capabilities and introduce new technologies to support business growth.
- Maintain and update documentation on infrastructure systems, processes, and best practices.
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure for reliability, scalability, and performance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years in a technical lead role within the infrastructure and network domains.
- Preferably from the Banking industry with 3+ years experience in a Run-the-Bank (RTB) lead role
- Experienced with infra / network tuning and optimization techniques.
- CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, RHEL Certified System Administrator, Oracle Certified System Administrator are highly advantageous.
