We are looking for candidates who like working with children. Main duties involve day-to-day operational duties which include rostering, scheduling of classes, as well as teaching. Candidate will need to have good communication skills to communicate with parents, staff, students and walk-in customers. Capable of serving as an educator and mentor for Mandarin subjects.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Plan and deliver student activities/post-exam activities and curriculum
- To take on tuition classes
- To assist with handling walk-ins and new inquiries on the services provided by the centre
- To handle parents’/students’ enquires on class timings/ services/ etc
- To assist with liaising work with parents and students on any changes to the schedule
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the centre
- Providing regular updates to the management
- Any other operational duties as assigned
Skills & Experience
- Degree/ Diploma/ A levels/ WSQ qualification in Student Care Operations
- Preferably with prior tutoring experience
- Enjoy being with children, classroom management
- Good communication skills in corresponding with pupils, parents and staff
- Be systematic and organized in handling administrative and management work
- Good grades in O level/ A level
