Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and dependable Warehouse and Admin Clerk to support our warehouse and office teams with year-end clearance tasks and essential administrative duties. This role combines document management, errands, and minor maintenance activities, contributing to the smooth operation of our warehouse and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Scanning & Digitizing: Use scanning equipment to convert physical documents into digital formats, ensuring clarity, completeness, and quality.
Filing & Organization: Systematically organize both physical and digital files, ensuring accurate labeling and categorization for quick access and retrieval. Document Management: Maintain tracking systems to manage document flow, collaborating with team members to ensure efficient record-keeping and file control.
Data Entry & Record Maintenance: Accurately enter data for digital records, cross-checking files for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
General Admin Support: Assist with inventory checks, record audits, and other clerical tasks as part of the year-end clearance team.
Errands & Office Support: Run business-related errands, including purchasing supplies and coordinating minor repairs.
Maintenance Assistance: Support minor office and warehouse maintenance tasks, ensuring timely and organized completion of assigned activities.
Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience in document scanning, filing, or warehouse administration is preferred but not required.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with scanning equipment, basic data entry, and document management software is a plus.
Driver's License: Valid driver’s license (if applicable) and familiarity with the local area.
Organized and Reliable: Strong attention to detail, time management, and an ability to handle various errands and tasks proactively.
Team Player: Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with warehouse and office teams.
