Job Responsibilities:
- Design and standardize workplace and infrastructure solutions across the organization, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and manage workplace technology solutions, including end-user devices, telephony, collaboration tools, and office productivity tools (with a focus on Microsoft 365 and emerging technologies such as Microsoft Co-Pilot).
- Manage network infrastructure, including WAN, Enterprise LAN, firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, remote access technologies, and other network-enabling tools and applications.
- Oversee the Service Desk operations to ensure efficient handling of service requests and incident management.
- Drive service recovery efforts for workplace technologies and infrastructure, minimizing downtime and service disruptions for both internal users and external customers.
- Track and report on service provider SLAs to ensure compliance and quality of service.
- Evaluate and recommend new workplace technologies, keeping up with technology trends and evolving regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in managing workplace technology and infrastructure environments.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing Microsoft infrastructure tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, SCCM, endpoint management).
- Strong understanding of WAN routing protocols, QoS, COS, and network protocols (e.g., DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN).
- Certifications in Workplace Technology and Networking are preferred (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco), but not mandatory.
- Solid technical, analytical, and engineering skills with hands-on experience in managing workplace technology and network infrastructure.
- Customer service-centric, with excellent communication skills to interact with non-technical users.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework, IT service management concepts, and Agile methodologies.
