Role Overview
The Operations Director for AI & Big Data will lead the integration and optimization of AI and data solutions to drive efficiency and support strategic growth. This role requires hands-on experience managing large-scale data projects and implementing AI-driven solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy: Develop an AI and data roadmap, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to enhance efficiency and growth.
- Implementation: Oversee the delivery and deployment of AI solutions, working with IT and data science teams to ensure scalability and compliance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Optimization: Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive process improvements based on data insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business needs.
- Risk Management: Ensure AI projects adhere to industry standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science or any related course.
- 10+ years in operations, with 5+ years in AI/data projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data tools (SQL, Python) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow).
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with budget and timeline oversight.
