- Ensures timely collection of school fees
- Attends to walk-in customers
- Handles communication via phone and email
- Carries out administrative duties such as student registrations, invoices and payments of music courses/books/retail products, teachers’ schedule, students’ replacement classes etc.
- Ensures smooth running of school operations and provides counter desk support during operating hours
- Motivates and works well with the team towards achieving excellence and to meet school targets and key performance indicators
- To assist the Supervisor on specific responsibilities and report in a timely manner
- Manages inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Maintains cleanliness and neatness of the school
- Maintains good care of school equipment, calling for repairs, and evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Provides excellence in customer service
- Be compassionate and professional to customers, students, teachers and colleagues
- Shows integrity towards work
School location: Right above Hougang MRT (Exit A)
Working Commitment:
- Sunday: 9am to 6:30pm
Working Hours & Benefits:
- $7.00-$12.00 per hour

Preferred Job Skills & Experience:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- 1 year of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- Good problem solving, detail-oriented and organization skills
Work Eligibility Status:
- Eligible to work in Singapore and do not need work sponsorship
