Responsibility
Content Development:
- Formulate engaging and compelling content aligned with the brand's messaging and marketing objectives.
- Generate original ideas for both visual and written content suitable for various channels, including social media, blog posts, and newsletters.
- Conceptualize, plan, and storyboard short video content to align with marketing objectives.
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising campaigns, social media management, website content marketing, and conversion optimization across multiple channels like Facebook, IG, search engines (Google SEO/SEM), Tiktok, etc.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to continually enhance marketing strategies.
- Plan and present social media calendar.
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of social media content, campaigns, and website performance, leveraging insights to improve engagement and drive conversions.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to maximize marketing impact.
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, communication of related field.
- With at least 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, Goggle Digital Ads, SEO and SEM.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms, such as Goggle Analytics, Facebok Ads Manager, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
