Job Responsibilities
- Reports to Operation Manager.
- Get quotation and purchase raw materials , components and assigning secondary process
to subcontractors.
- Updating machining subcontractor quotation in system once approved by Management.
- Issue and manage Work Orders and Purchase Orders.
- Consolidate & sourcing all materials , components, plating from alternate source to have a better cost down.
- Assist in any duties as assigned by Management or Immediate Superior.
- Perform evaluation for all purchases for all company assigned buyers.
- Work with group sourcing team on procurement evaluation.
- To promulgate and manage Supply Chain Management plan.
Job Requirements
Must-have
• Mechanical engineering Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills English needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills.
- Experience in procurement and purchasing processes.
- Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage complex processes.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainties.
- Tenacity and resilience, drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise the workload.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Nice-to-have
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce).
