Job Description
• Bachelor's degree or higher Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Min of 5 years in restaurant in restaurant management
• Provide strong leadership to the restaurant team, ensuring a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Recruit, train, and supervise staffs, including chefs, stewards and other support staff.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Knowledge of Restaurant P&L
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest relations to ensure smooth dining experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines and sanitation standards.
• Experience in handling Indian (North / South) Cuisine.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and Public holidays.
