Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify, qualify, and cultivate new leads and opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas
- Effectively communicate the company's products, services, and value proposition to potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to support the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on business development activities, pipeline, and key metrics
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales enablement content
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in business development
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization by identifying new revenue streams and strategic partnerships
Job Requirement
- Preferably Degree holder or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Experienced in Travel,Transportation or Events Industry preferred
- Proven track record of successfully generating new business and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
