Position: Assistant Key Account Manager (Account Management) - CK (19153)
Job Description
- Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with assigned key accounts
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the company, deeply understanding the client's business, objectives, challenges, and decision-making process
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, value-added solutions that address the client's unique needs
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand the scope of business with key accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, retention, and client satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, communications, and agreements in the CRM system
- Provide regular updates and reporting on key account performance, risks, and growth opportunities
- Proactively identify and escalate any issues or concerns that may impact the client relationship
- Participate in the development of company-wide key account management strategies and best practices
- Collaborate with the sales team to support the acquisition of new key accounts
- Represent the company and build brand awareness at key client events and meeting
Job Requirement
- Degree holder or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of demonstrated experience in a key account management or strategic sales role
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Regional exposure is a plus
