Infrastructure Engineer
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking Infrastructure environment.
· Monitor the health of the Linux, Windows, AIX, VMware servers through both automated and manual processes.
· Perform server hardware maintenance and upgrades.
· Timely action to resolve or escalate to the next level for investigation.
· Great knowledge in handling incident, change management process.
· Install, configure, and maintain servers in a Linux, Windows environment.
· Maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and programs.
· Good knowledge of the fundamentals of VMware ESX and related technologies.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Great organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
· Availability to resolve urgent environment problems outside of business hours.
· 24/7 support required to handle BAU Operations.
