Handles the day-to-day operational work - processing account closures, Earmark / Signal status, Transactions posting and follow up with the respective parties, if necessary, and ensures that service standards are met.
1) Prepare/Update PRMs & SOPs timely
2) Archival & Retrieval of documents
3) Support UAT/LV on system/workflow enhancement.
4) Perform FATCA/CRS processing activities
5) Enrolment & De-enrolment of e-statements
6) Sorting of mails
7) Processing of returned cards (ATM/Debit/Credit)
8) Processing of returned mails (Individual & Corporate)
9) Support Team Manager/Leader on project/initiatives & process improvements.
10) Meet turn-around times / service levels at all times
11) Complete adhoc assignments/tasks assigned within timeline
12) Any other duties that may be assigned by Team Lead or Team Manager
13) Perform call back verification to customers for static data updates
14) Handling of failed notifications
15) Prepare Powerpoint slides as and when required
