The Opportunity
As Childcare Principal at our Centre, you will lead a team of dedicated childcare professionals in providing exceptional early childhood education and care to the children in our centre. Located in Serangoon Central in the North-East region, this full-time role is integral to ensuring the continued success and growth of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and management of the childcare centre, ensuring high standards of care, education and safety
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the childcare team, fostering a positive, collaborative culture
- Develop and implement curriculum and programming aligned with the centre's educational philosophy and regulatory requirements
- Manage staff recruitment, training, development and performance to build a skilled and dedicated team
- Foster strong relationships with families, the local community and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and guidelines
- Manage the centre's budget and resources effectively
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior childcare leadership role
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in a childcare setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
- Only open to Singaporean and Permanent Residence
