Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Hair Consultant to provide professional scalp analyses, recommend personalized treatment services and products, and achieve sales targets. If you are passionate about hair wellness, have strong sales skills, and thrive in a retail setting, this role offers both fulfillment and exceptional income potential.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct professional scalp analyses and clearly communicate the benefits of various treatments and products.
- Drive sales by promoting packages tailored to individual clients' needs and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering outstanding customer service and addressing their hair and scalp concerns.
- Perform basic hands-on treatments when needed to support the service experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer progress and updates in both treatment cards and the computer system.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty industry, particularly in selling beauty packages.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Attentive to customer needs, with a detail-oriented approach and a strong sense of urgency.
- Self-motivated, stress-tolerant, and a collaborative team player.
Additional Information
- Salary: Up to $2,000 basic, with monthly commissions and incentives (gross earnings from $5,000+), plus a variable bonus.
- Work Schedule: 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays, with off-in-lieu for public holiday shifts.
- Hours: 10 am to 7 pm or 12 pm to 9 pm, depending on the roster.
- Location: Assignments at Orchard (Wheelock or Ngee Ann City) or Bedok Mall, as determined by the Hiring Manager.
