Job Scope Overview
- Handle full set of accounts, including recording of accounting transactions and preparation of relevant accounting schedules
- Quarterly GST filing
- Preparation of unaudited financial statements
- Preparation of annual return filing documents and maintenance of corporate secretarial records/file
- Assist in office administrative work
- Any other adhoc duties
Qualification
- Diploma in accounting and above
- Interest in further education with ACCA are also welcome
- Proficient Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words
- Experience in QuickBooks and Xero will be an advantage
- Able to speak and write English and Mandarin
- Pleasant personality with good working attitude, team orientated and willingness to learn
