Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily management of sheet metal and CNC production department, including personnel arrangement and work assignment.
2. Develop and implement production plan to ensure the completion of production tasks on time and with high quality.
3. Control sheet metal processing and CNC production process to ensure that products meet standards.
4. Manage production equipment and materials, do equipment maintenance and material inventory control.
5. Establish quality control system, supervise product quality and deal with quality problems.
6. Ensure production safety, implement safety production system, prevent accidents.
7. Coordinate and communicate with purchasing, sales, R & D and other departments to cooperate with the overall operation of the company.
8. Responsible for team training and development, improve staff skills and efficiency.
Position Conditions:
1. Mechanical manufacturing related professional college degree or above.
2. Proficient in sheet metal processing and CNC programming operation technology.
3. More than 5 years of sheet metal and CNC production management experience.
4. Strong team leadership, planning and organization skills.
5. Pay attention to quality and safety.
6. Good communication skills.
