Job Summary: The Director/Assistant Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps) is responsible for driving and optimizing revenue-generating activities across the organization, including marketing and sales for MTFA’s social enterprises. Reporting to the CMO, this role will lead both the Fundraising and Enterprise Support teams, ensuring that each function aligns with MTFA’s mission of compassionate and sustainable service while contributing to the organization’s financial stability. The Director/AD of RevOps will be instrumental in developing strategies that support revenue growth, operational excellence, and the long-term sustainability of MTFA’s programs and services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Strategy DevelopmentCollaborate with the CMO to design and implement revenue strategies aligned with MTFA’s goals and growth targets.Oversee fundraising initiatives, ensuring they are structured to maximize impact and outreach.Develop innovative funding models and enterprise solutions to enhance MTFA’s financial sustainability and support its charitable programs.
  • Fundraising OperationsLead the Fundraising team in designing, executing, and monitoring campaigns across multiple channels.Ensure all fundraising efforts comply with relevant regulations and best practices in nonprofit fundraising.Develop donor engagement and retention strategies to cultivate long-term relationships and secure recurring donations.
  • Enterprise Support & OptimizationTake a strategic approach to marketing MTFA’s social enterprises for public uptake or subscription.Identify and implement revenue-boosting opportunities for social enterprises, ensuring these initiatives align with MTFA’s mission and values.Establish performance metrics for social enterprises, regularly monitoring outcomes and identifying opportunities for sales growth and improvement.
  • Data Analysis & ReportingImplement data-driven approaches to monitor and analyze revenue streams, ensuring informed decision-making.Provide regular reports to the CMO on key revenue metrics, fundraising performance, and enterprise marketing and sales outcomes.Use insights from data to forecast trends, identify new opportunities, and make recommendations to enhance revenue operations.
  • Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with the Director/AD of Marketing Communications to align revenue operations with MTFA’s branding and messaging.Partner with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure revenue strategies support organizational goals and integrate with broader MTFA initiatives.
  • Leadership & Team DevelopmentProvide mentorship and guidance to the Enterprise Support and Fundraising teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and performance.Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment, encouraging professional growth and team engagement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue operations, fundraising, or related roles within a nonprofit or social enterprise setting.Proven track record of managing successful revenue-generating initiatives, especially in optimizing marketing channels and lead conversions for profitability.
  • Skills:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.Proficiency in using CRM and enterprise management software is preferred.
