Responsibilities:
- Manage aftersales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize social media platforms to engage with potential customers and secure sales.
- Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and customer interactions
- Other duties as and when assigned
Job Requirement:
- Possess minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Dealing with customer with social media will be an advantage
