Responsibilities:
- Manage and Maintains customers’ inventories, report and investigate damaged or missing inventory
- Handle customers’ enquiries. Document, investigate and resolve all customer concerns in a timely fashion
- Prepare reports for customers or audit and any ad-hoc reports required
- Process customers’ sales orders and warehouse receipts
- Prepare documentations for shipments
- Coordinate with warehouse on customers’ shipment/packing requirements
- Liaise with forwarders/truckers on shipment bookings and collections
- Update logs and documentation for processes
- Assist in inventories stock take and cycle count.
- Manage all warehouse Billing to be submit on time to the Billing team
- Manage manpower allocation and annual leave arrangement
- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space and reporting monthly usage of location.
- Maintain warehouse supplies and arrange equipment for repair if needed
- Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from the area
- Pursue continuous improvement initiatives to drive increased productivity and service levels.
- Perform safety training for staffs
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree or Diploma qualification with 2 years of experience in the logistics industry
- Display ability to work on issues independently and drive improvement initiatives
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to perform root cause analysis on more complex and less mature processes and services
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data management/manipulation
