Responsibilities
· Operations management - Oversee day-to-day shop operations, including staff scheduling, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth customer flow
· Staff supervision and training - Hiring, training and managing therapists, and ensuring the team meet quality and service standards
· Customer service - Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring clients receive excellent service, addressing complaints or concerns and implementing measures to address feedback
· Inventory and supplies management - Managing stock levels of supplies, and overseeing ordering and tracking to maintain sufficient inventory
· Health and safety compliance - Ensuring the team follows health, safety and hygiene standards. This includes staff training on sanitation protocols and equipment maintenance
