Responsibilities:
- Making outbound survey calls /follow up calls
- Call script and training will be provided (follow standardize call scripts)
- Data entry to ensure data accuracy (call survey results update)
- Adverse finding to be escalated for further investigation
- Administrative duties (consolidation of reports/etc)
- Uphold confidentiality and data security standards
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Words/Excel/Powerpoint
- Min Diploma with some experience in Insurance sales/customer service is preferred
- Good communication skills and detail oriented
