Responsibilities:
- Coordination in production planning, design & fabrication works
- Update and maintain data for production orders
- To ensure all the delivery schedules are achieved.
- Ensure the Production Schedule is promptly updated to the Production Supervisor.
- To arrange the material for Production/Assembly and record accordingly.
- Responsible for prioritizing at the cleaning station according to delivery schedule or urgent pull-in.
- Do receiving for Work in Progress & Finished Goods after QC inspection.
- Conduct periodic cycle count on WIP & Sub length stocks.
- Inform QC on any Production CAR.
- Highlight to the Senior Manager if any stocks are running low.
- Maintenance & replenishment of Production tools.
- Organize Incoming shipments – open crates & arrange them on the racks.
- Monitor general factory housekeeping.
- To update the Production status for the mass pro project.
- Ensure the product complies with ISO requirements.
- Any other duties as delegated by the superior
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level or Professional Certificate / NiTEC
- Min 1 year’s experience in production
- Mechanical industry background preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good communications and interpersonal skills are essential
- 5 days a week, location in Woodlands Spectrum 1
