- Work with relevant departments to compile and submit Asia Pacific budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance results.
- Analyze sales, costs, and capital efficiency (including ROIC), identify variances, and recommend solutions for performance improvement.
- Oversee financial operations for Southeast Asia subsidiaries managed by the Singapore holding company.
- Conduct valuations using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) methodology.
- Plan and optimize cash flow to enhance financial stability.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the finance team, fostering cross-functional process improvements and operational excellence.
- Manage external inquiries (auditors, banks, etc.) and oversee SOX compliance, transfer pricing, and other regulatory aspects.
Requirements:
- Degree in any fields
- Minimum of 3-4 year of experience in accounting or finance role.
- Experience in handling financial reporting, cash flow
- Immediate starter is preferred
