You will be accountable for supporting the operations aspect for the overall digital strategy for SEA market. Your work includes planning, implementing, monitoring and reporting on digital marketing campaigns across digital marketing channels.
Digital Marketing (Regional)
- Assist with the development of digital content for social, Email marketing, or online channels
- Manage external Digital Marketing Vendor to ensure alignment with paid media/social campaign placements are being optimized with target user/segment, content, and season/marketplace to grow the brand according to global direction
- Manage budget and invoices where necessary
- Provide reports on performance and research on competitors/industry
Social Media Management (Regional)
- Develop and implement a social media calendar that aligns with the marketing strategies
- Assist markets by providing alternatives for social content based on product availability
- Utilize social management platforms such as Sprinklr to schedule content and monitor performance
Email Marketing (Regional)
- Design, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns to maintain subscriber engagement and drive conversion
- Monitor email campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Create and test different email variations through A/B testing to optimize performance and engagement
Website Management
- Ensure that the product catalog is updated on a seasonal basis
- Work with External Vendor to ensure that the product catalog is synced correctly
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree Holder in Marketing or equivalent
- 2 years working experience in a similar role
- Digital Marketing (Social Media/Email Marketing) experience is essential
- Good understanding of fashion/retail and sensitive to trends in the market
- Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills are essential
- Excel skills are required for analytical work
- Knowledge in SEO/Paid ads will be advantageous
