We are an Italian Restaurant in Singapore looking for Director who will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to
- At least 10 years of experience in managing Italian restaurants, with a deep understanding of Italian cuisine and customer preferences.
- Strategic planning and decision-making to enhance business performance.
- Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including financial performance, marketing strategies, and staff development.
- Managing cost control for food and beverage and profitability of the restaurant.
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and clients to enhance business opportunities.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Staff duty rostering and approval of leave. Supervising staff, including recruitment,training and performance reviews.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.
