Administration Assistant

1. Daily administrative affairs management

Responsible for the overall planning and management of the company's daily administrative affairs, including filing, filing, managing the purchase, distribution and inventory of daily supplies;

Responsible for the maintenance and coordination of the company's office environment, to ensure that the office area is clean and orderly.

2. Travel arrangements

Responsible for staff travel booking, including air, train, hotel, car rental and other arrangements;

Develop and implement travel expense reimbursement process, organize travel-related billing and records.

3. Organization of meetings and events

Assist in arranging meeting rooms, managing meeting schedules, booking venues, preparing meeting equipment and supplies;

Responsible for the organization and support of internal activities and team building activities, such as annual meeting, festival activities, etc.

4. Visitor reception and customer support

Receive visiting customers and important guests, prepare the information, documents and reception arrangements required for reception;

Prepare and coordinate accommodation, travel arrangements and vehicle transfers according to customer needs to ensure a smooth customer experience.

5. Office supplies and fixed assets management

Responsible for the company's various office supplies, equipment procurement and distribution, to ensure daily office needs;

Register, manage, maintain and take inventory of the company's fixed assets to ensure that the accounts are consistent.

6. Document management and contract support

Responsible for the management, filing and storage of all kinds of documents, including the scanning and classification of contracts and important documents;

Assist other departments in document sorting and compliance check to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of various documents.

7. Other administrative support tasks

Complete other daily work assigned by superiors to ensure the smooth operation of the company;

Actively participate in the company's administrative process optimization, improve the efficiency of administrative services.
