As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive Sales & Admin Assistant to support our sales and administrative operations. Job Summary:
The Part-Time Sales & Admin Assistant will support our sales team with administrative tasks, customer service, and sales coordination. You will play a key role in managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information on products and services.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
- Support the sales team in tracking leads, managing follow-ups, and coordinating customer orders.
- Maintain product and price lists and keep the sales team updated on new inventory and promotions.
- Prepare product specification sheets to be provided to IDs, architects and main cons., etc
Administrative Duties
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels, placing orders, and organizing products.
- Coordinate showroom appointments and help manage showroom displays.
- Support general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, price label preparations and office supply orders.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administration is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the audio-visual or consumer electronics industry is a plus
Working Hours:
- 16-24 hours a week
- Flexible hours available
